Paulo Bolgar is vice president, Human Resources, Americas, Global Business Units and Research & Development.
Bolgar joined Baxter in 2008 and has held leadership roles in human resources functions both at the regional and global levels, including most recently as vice president, Human Resources, Global Operations & Quality. Prior to joining Baxter, he held human resource roles of increasing responsibility at Lear Corporation.
Bolgar received his master’s degree in business administration from Universidade Municipal de S.C. do Sul, São Paulo, Brazil, and his master’s degree in human resources administration from Pontificia Universidade Catolica in São Paulo, Brazil.
